[ so it's taken Ren longer than he expected to track Hannibal down. in the chaos of the fort, so much was going on that it was hard to keep track of names and faces.

normally ren wouldn't be bothered by having lost control on someone under the influence of the drug they'd been given. but he'd spoken briefly with Hannibal and the man had seemed nice enough. add that in with the almost Strade-like vibes he gave off and Ren's beyond awful choice in people and...well, it feels like an apology is necessary. ]
